Plagiarism Detection Policy

The peer-review process is at the heart of scientific publishing. As part of IJCISTER's commitment to protecting the integrity of scientific records, IJCISTER feels a strong obligation to support the scientific community in all aspects of research and publishing ethics. All submitted manuscripts must be free of plagiarism content. All authors are advised to use plagiarism detection software to perform a similarity check before submitting their manuscript to the journal (please use Ithenticate or Turnitin for similarity check). The editor will also check the similarity of manuscripts in this journal using Turnitin or Ithenticate software. Manuscripts will be immediately rejected if there are indications of plagiarism or are detected.

The final camera-ready will also be checked again for similarity. The overall similarity rate of the manuscript must not exceed 25 percent, and the similarity rate for a single source must not exceed 10 percent.
